Father's Day Luau

I just got hired to plan a fathers day luau for a client that I have worked with many times. She's always fun and loves to surprise her guests. For this particular party we will be roasting a whole pig to go with the Hawaiian theme! So my question is...... does anyone know how to roast a pig?

Madonna Wedding Expo

The Annual Madonna Bridal Expo was this weekend and it was another great year. I highly suggest all my brides to attend next years if possible. I got a lot of great ideas and talked to some amazing local vendors that I will be adding to my favorites list. If you had a chance to go let me know what you like and didn't like.
